Process

How a case review works

Four stages, no jargon and no surprises. You always know what is happening, what it costs, and what the realistic options are.

The four stages

From first message to clear options

01

Initial enquiry

You describe what happened in your own words through the contact form. We confirm receipt within two working days and arrange a short, free conversation.

02

Document review

We examine your deposits, trading history and communications with the platform to establish the facts: who was involved, how payments moved, and what the platform promised.

03

Written assessment

You receive a plain-English summary of what the evidence shows and which options apply — complaints, payment disputes, reporting routes or civil recovery.

04

Next actions

If there is a realistic route forward, we set out the steps and what each involves. If there is not, we tell you directly so you can close the chapter without further cost.

Preparation

What to have ready

You do not need a complete file to start. These are the records that make the fastest difference — and if some are missing, that is normal and workable.

  • Deposit receipts, bank statements or card transactions showing the payments
  • Screenshots of your account balance and trade history
  • Messages with the platform, broker or account manager — emails, WhatsApp, Telegram
  • Any withdrawal requests and the responses you received
  • Notes on how you were first contacted, and by whom

Honesty first

What we will not do

We will not promise a guaranteed recovery, quote a percentage of “funds found” before any review, or ask for upfront success fees. If a case has no realistic route forward, we say so in the written assessment — that honesty is the point of the review.

Stage one starts with a message

Describe your situation in the contact form. It takes five minutes and costs nothing.
